• made a global GameFlow util
• made a global Music util
• made an effects testing playground with a color wheel of LavityLights so I can test out the color absorption and how it maps to effects

I think the deferred scene switching is not happy about happening on the web. I'll have to play around with it and see if I can get it working. The windows build works fine
